- best adapted for light-haired persons; skin and muscles lax
- bone diseases, pains worse at night
- glandular swellings with or without suppuration, especially if profuse
- profuse perspiration attends nearly every complaint but does not relieve
- great weakness and trembling from least exertion
- breath and body smell foul
- catarrh: fluent, acrid, corrosive; nostrils raw, ulcerated; yellow-green, fetid, pus-like
- catarrh: worse at night and from damp weather
- toothache: pulsating, tearing, worse in damp weather, evening air, or warmth of bed; better from rubbing cheek
- ptyalism: tenacious, soapy, stringy, profuse, metallic-tasting saliva
- tongue: large, flabby, shows imprint of teeth
- intense thirst although tongue looks moist
- mumps, diphtheria, tonsillitis with profuse offensive saliva
- diphtheria: membrane thick, gray, shred-like borders
- dysentery: stool slimy, bloody, with colic and fainting
- dysentery: great tenesmus during and after, not relieved by stool; followed by \"cannot finish\" sensation
- quantity of urine voided is larger than amount drunk; frequent urging
- leucorrhoea: acrid, burning, itching with rawness; worse at night
- mammae painful as if they would ulcerate at every menstrual period
- cough: dry, fatiguing, racking; in two paroxysms, worse at night and warmth of bed
- cough: inability to lie on right side
- ulcers on gums, tongue, throat; irregular shape, undefined edges, dirty look, lardaceous base
- aggravation: at night; wet damp weather; in autumn (warm days, cold damp nights); lying on right side; perspiring
